Therapist reacts to BLACK by PearlJam

Great reaction to a great song and amazing performance. I highly recommend Paint it Black by Rolling Stones as well as Far Behind by Candlebox. The song by Candlebox is in tribute to the lead singer to the singer of the band that would later form Pearl Jam, so it has a connection to this video (at least in my mind it does)

Como psicóloga tenes q comprarte un monte espeso y perderte… y ni hablar d q no sabes nada d esa GENERACION d gente q n sabían nada d nada…

Pure Gold - Best song ever.

If you haven’t heard the song “Society” by Eddie Vedder you need to. Even more watch the movie it was about “Into The Wild”.

17 years 2 kids , it hurts, it hurts real bad , but 5 years removed and the pain has subsided. Now trying to learn how to love again. What I struggle with are the scars , you have to be careful or you open yourself up for more pain especially in these days of internet dating. Be present, be grateful and allow yourself to love again and be loved. Be positive. There is someone out there for you and me.

Any men with heartbreak should watch Jaws. When Hooper tells his worst permanent injury he taps his chest and says “Mary Ellen Moffat. She broke my heart.” And laughs with all of them. Lovely!

After being in prison for some years I opened up my heart to a girl she contacted me as soon as I got my freedom back. I didn’t want to feel again I gave her all I had left. I was learning to live again I just suffer there and I wasn’t ready. everything was new for me. I really idealized her I saw her like perfect but by doing that I screwed it up. As you can imagine it was a mess. Now she hates me and I can go over it. It is not that I love her I just discover that I regret on trying and want time go back.
After that I’ve gone through an autodestroctive life even trying to put an end losing my job, friends becoming totally alone.

The grieving never dies. . .

This version is incredible, but Toni Cornell ( Chris Cornell’s Daughter) does an amazing job as well with this song.

Eddie is the only person from that era who wrote lyrics I connected with.

Will always love Pearl Jam. This song always makes me cry.

Thank you so much all my life everyone i have ever hot close to or fell in love with have turned on me all the love i gave out never got any back just used and taken advantage of and hurt been 20 years since i have been with anyone even for 1 night just keep getting played been burned so many times lost everything trying to help the wrong people lost everything i ever had and wound up on the streets and now ive been diagnosed with depression and anxiety for the first time in my life thank you so much❤

I’m 56 and full of regret.

Probably one of the best live performances ever. What a voice

This song is hard to listen to because 1991 to 1994 being on high school is the last time I felt like I was literally happy. More recently Popular Monster and numerous Ren songs have helped but I still feel like I’m worthless and as Hollywood Undead lyric " I wish I was a ghost so I could just fade away."

It doesn’t get Eddie Vedder than this

Going through this exact pain right now… It’s so overwhelming and consuming

one of the most beautiful songs ever written

Now try “come back” by Pearl Jam

Books could never in million yrs explain it. Just song.

Lay down your life
For the wounded survive
Heal and grow strong
It’s time to revive
The more you gave
The greater the pain
Torn and empty only shells remained
So give up the ghost
Pull out the knife
Let the dream go
Start your new life
