I’ve always viewed the lyric “Dig; bury me underneath everything that I am/that I was” as a defiant dare to another. The other person is trying to bury Chad alive with Chad’s own values. Attempting to hold a mirror up to Chad in order to evoke shame or regret. And Chad replies “Good fucking luck with that. I KNOW who and what I am and from it I draw strength.”
This is one of the very few reaction channels I like anymore in the metal world. Most people are ridiculously over the top. Also this woman has great takes on the lyrics, and doesnt drag the video on forever. Good content ma’am.

I really enjoy your evaluation of these lyrics, yes it is super aggro, yes it is super defiant but they are filled with integrity and I think that in and of itself is a positive asset. Above and beyond that there are layers within layers and for the astute and the intellectual… this grinds with fierce tenacity as well as shock value. Dig it no pun intended
