personally for me its easily Fight Back- Neffex, its a little loud but if you listen to the lyrics it means a lot.
Float on- modest mouse
Hold on- good Charlotte
Float on- modest mouse
Yes, yes, yes! Gives such a good feeling of “it’s okay to let go - we’re all on the same boat”. Love it!
My mind is blank on the feel good songs I usually listen to, but float on has always been a fav! And actually
All we Got by chance the rapper always puts me in a good mood
It’s very personal to me as a trans person but https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=XeY2hPO7BlM&list=OLAK5uy_lApTM5aYXIj34giMCEfHC0Sk6EAI-_cj8&index=2
Love Three Days Grace and Disturbed. I will check the others too.
Hi! I wasn’t here in a while now, but I want to share some songs too. I know almost all the songs that have been mentioned before
Here are some songs that helped me a lot, practically I grew with them:
Twenty one pilots- Truce, Friend please, Leave the city, Guns for hands, Car radio, Redecorate, Holding on to you…
And I can go on and on…There are some pretty deep lyrics (in all the albums) i’d be glad to see what you think
Hey @thelight - It’s good to see you. Will definitely check on your recommendations! Thank you @Swix, @Derpplup and @Pengyou as well! So many good things to discover! hype
I’m dedicating this to everyone here who thinks there isn’t a reason to be here tomorrow.
These are gonna be pretty genreless, but here’s mine:
PEACE - Hillsong UNITED
The Light Behind Your Eyes - My Chemical Romance
Don’t You Dare Forget The Sun - Get Scared
Love Yours - J. Cole
No Depression - Bahamas
I See You - Vinyard Anaheim
Freedom - Beyonce (feat. Kendrick Lemar)
Reborn - KIDS SEE GHOSTS
Crucify Me - Bring Me The Horizon
TTSR is a FANTASTIC song, but that whole album is a punk-rock masterpiece. Excellent taste!
Sharing the link to the topic that includes Spotify collaborative playlists by genre, for HS members:
Probably a totally different style hehe, but this is literally a Peace mantra (one of a few). It’s ancient, and for me, there is great comfort in hearing an old mantra that have been repeated millions of times across time and space, and sung in such a powerful voice.
Even without understanding the words, the vibrations alone are enough to infuse a sense of calm and peace, and connectedness to the larger universe.
Meaning:
1: May there be Well-Being in All,
2: May there be Peace in All,
3: May there be Fulfilment in All,
4: May there be Auspiciousness in All,
5: Om Peace, Peace, Peace.
Calmness, harmony, and peace for all beings. I remember when this came out.
May auspiciousness be unto all
May peace be unto all
May fullness be unto all
May prosperity be unto all.
I like A-O-K by Tai Verdes. It’s an upbeat song that I listen to on my way to the bus stop. It gives me hope because I’m trying to tune my mom out, and the song helps a little bit.
