I cried good and bad tears from this breakdown. I’m goin through a lot very rapidly but also lost friends in the past to very negative circumstances and regularly feel guilt for not being there for them more. Thank you

Fun fact: the way you explain letting people come to their own conclusions is the only way I try yo give advice. It needs to come from within and all you can do is keep showing people the silver lining and not accept when they say things that are destructive as well.
