Metal saved my life!! And especially the bands Strapping Young Lad, Akercocke and Anaal Nathrakh. But one song in particular Relentless by Strapping Young Lad! (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1rqn_otVoNU) I was 2 or 3 steps away from jumping in front of a train and than i heard this song and started singing and screaming together with this song, i broke down as a big crying puddle of a big man that couldnt handle it anymore. Few people came running towards me and called the police to help me. I can tell more about it if i dont bother you with it, but since birth i went through a lot which ended in cptsd and a lot of anxiety. Metal still helps me to get through the day, when im with public transport i always listen to music so i wont hear people talk, laugh or whisper, otherwise my head goes: they talk about me, they find me weird and that kind of stuff

The initial setting is incorrect: you can not pull out two lines out of eight. The refrain in Russian sounds something like:
“Do you understand only the language of the sword?

The boneless language becomes iron only in the fourth line, and this happens only because the interlocutor does not understand another language. For which he will get in the teeth. Alas, in life there are often people who understand only such a language.

hi there! i’m gonna try to not make this post too long, but i wanted to say that the group/organization that has been established for anyone to use is beautiful.

I’ve been diagnosed w/ Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD over the years - I grew up in an extremely toxic and abusive household as a child, which definitely changed my perception on a lot in life. In 2018 I was heavily considering suicide due to the tiredness of everything, and i just felt like i would have been better off if i disappeared. Around that time was when I decided to seek help - Now 5 years later i’m three semesters away from graduating with my Bachelor’s in Nursing (RN).

If there is ever any chance I could talk more w/ others or even be a part of a support team for those who need guidance, i’d love nothing more than to be an outlet.

I hope everyone has an amazing night/day - stay safe and stay metal :metal:t2::black_heart: (p.s. STP is PHENOMENAL)

He has a how to growl on his YouTube videochannel. Btw the current goat, meaning most versatile,Will Ramos have a 50 step course out there in cooperation with The Charismatic Voice. Also if you really want to dissect lyrics that deals with mental problems you should look at the Pain Remains trilogy by Lorna Shore. The writer Adam went trough a extremely hard time writing that album especially.

I love idea of this Chanel. Metal is very emo music. Anger, agression, pain but good ones too, like love. Music can put away a lot of bad emosion. About song itself. Well Alex is russian and he toke war very personal.

You may know them already but I think you would like Jinjer. I think their videos for Pit of Consciousness Live in Kyiv, On the Top Live in Kyiv, Perennial Live at Wacken Open Air, Wallflower, Home Back, No Hoard of Value or Teacher Teacher would be good especially in the context that you react to videos.
